Natives question

If a player using Natives leaves during a game, do the territories they previously controlled still have the same ability (areas controlled by 1 unit have the power of 2)?
I'm just curious because it seems to be a nuisance for people still playing having trouble capturing land after someone leaves.

I always believed that when people leave, their territories still have the race bonuses. Never confirmed that though.

afaik neutral territories don't have bonuses, but I am not 100% sure

i think they do (for natives neutral territory at least), earlier i spotted one area that reached higher than 6 when i tried to capture it.
