When there are just three people left in the game After a nonspecific rounds of turns (i think it depends on if the map is fully taken and so on) a button vill appear above the button for surrender named Draw, press that button and a white flag will appear besides your name, then it´s up to your opponents to do the same thing.

So if you re right, if you are second you ought to surrender, and not draw...
