I come to this idea of competition where we could make small clans and teams (with set guidelines and rules)
with clan wars with set maps and rulings as to how they will work.
The idea wouldn't require further programming and could work well

give me your thoughts people (Especially lopdo)

thats cool!
but....whats the point of clans.
Will you get extra shops to buy if the total rank gets to a certian point?
Will you get a bonus attack?
Will you have tournaments?
Will you get to make your own symbol?
just some questions

No idea, as of now i suggested this without implementing new coding.

It might be epic later, but that is if we have enough players

I think we have enough players and i think it would add a little fun to the game. Will work even better when the friends list is implemented.

For and against this. Always liked clans/guilds in games as it builds a better community. The game itself is fun and addicting, but what keeps players in the long run is a community which this would foster. However, while it will help retain membership-- it will hinder new players entering the game. With the current system of upgrades allowed in every game-- new players would be obliterated (even worse) as not only are they outmatched by the upgrades, they most likely would be facing off against a team of upgraded veterans.
So for purposes of clan wars it would be most awesome as well as tightening the bonds amongst us who are already here. I just fear it may scare away new players which would eventually lead the game into a ghost town of the few veterans who stuck around.

It would be nice to have a clan.
But you should pay 1000 shards or 50 warcoins to make it.
Meaby a sistem when you upgrade it to have more members? Like lvl0(3members) 1lvl(50shards,6members),2lvl(100shards,12members),3lvl(200shards,24members), etc.
You can chose your clan name and clan tag. Like Vortex Admins, -VA-.
Clan wars should be, frist 3 players vs fris 3 players from enemy clan or last 3 players. But frist you should make alliance system if you want clan wars to work.

Implying clans would ally in regular games.

that won't be really allowed.
Team clan wars are clan vs clan games.
in regular games, clanmates are not together.

Would there be a way to private message and organize games with only clan members in them? If so, then cool.

It's like that in most multiplayer online games. There could be a level requirement for clans and options can be chosen to enable/disable clans from entering a game, that way only single players could enter (if chosen by the room host), or multiple people in a team could enter... right?
