If you're talking about the rule change thread, all you have to do is access it from a forum you can post from, since the thread is visible from all forums. If you still can't reach it, screenshot the error message and I'll try and figure out what's wrong.

I changed the rule change thread to a sticky so you should all be able to post on it now.

Now that that is settled, would you like me to delete my post in announcements, or keep it up to see if anyone else can post there?

EDIT: I will just take it down and we can all forget about my ability, just like Lopdo did. It isn't like it matters, as long as I do not do anything.
