Report Users

Hello, I'd like to report Hatchu for admin abuse. I was kicked by him a day or so ago when beating him, no reason or warning given, but didn't take a screenshot (to be honest, I was totally unaware that you could report users for abuses at all). Then, I did a little research, found this thread and also others complaining about Hatchu (again) and him abusing kicks and bans. Then, today, I saw this happen:

Green leaving literally 5 seconds after telling us he was going to cut Hatchu. Now it is possible that he just thought better of it and decided to get lost, but I find this deeply suspicious, especially since I and others have apparently been treated in the same arbitary fashion to help Hatchu win.
In my case, though as I say I have no screenie, I was on top after a good game, but not certain to win, then Hatchu had a round of terrible luck. I posted in chat something along the lines of "lol that's terrible luck" and 10 seconds later I'd been kicked.

Ok. I understand.

That said, I think it is fair to ask a couple of questions, based on Penmania's post.
1. Are you warning users first? It appears both But-Im-Jewish and Penmania are completely unaware why But-Im-Jewish was kicked.
2. Why did you not kick the user at the point of the screenshot you show? It is apparent that at least a few rounds went by between your screenshot and Penmania's screenshot, and hence I think your kick was far from understood as being a kick for language. If possible, it is important for users to understand the why the kick happened (is about to happen), otherwise the point of kicking is nullified as the meaning it should convey is not understood. Beyond the user's recognition, It's to your own advantage and credibility as well to be very clear as to why you're about to take action on a user, otherwise you open yourself to these exact types of issues.

Lastly, my opinion, that was not a reason alone to kick from game. Granted, I was not in the game, and I cannot judge fairly based on the information presented... but if that was all, then most every senior member in VW would be kicked from games from time to time... including me. Personally, I don't kick for that kind of stuff as long as it's not overly used, or specifically directed at another user. I mean, we all do have a mute button for the minor stuff.

Thanks for looking into this, in answer to some of what's been said, there was absolutely no warning or indication that swearing would not be tolerated, and this was the only time Jewish did so as I recall. As for the timing, though, my screenshot was taken just before I surrendered and several turns after green was kicked, and I don't want to give a misleading impression there. However, the kick was not immediately after the swearing either, but immediately after the offer to cut Hatchu, which was what made me suspicious. It's not my place to say any more, but if I can be of any help do ask!

Penmania you are stupid if ou think that Hatchu is cheater, he is fair.
Look, if he told that NO ALLIES game, and somebody is breaking rules, should be kicked, i could do the same penmania, so do not be angry, just calm, and do not make stupid post's like this, end , report kicked.
One more thing yet, Green could exit alone too, to make Hatchu problems. I believe Hatchu didn't do anything, also, if he did this, he had reason to did this.
At all what i wanna to said in this report.
