You can't cheat in VW using CE, because EVERYTHING is decided on the server, flash game is just dumb client that displays what server tells him to display. It is theoretically possible to use CE to create buggy game, but I believe I put sanity checks on all inputs and even if I forgot few places, it would most likely screw only your turns
