I've played 3 games today, of which I received no XP after finishing two of them.
On the post-game popup, I received the rating specified, but my XP didn't increase for either.
I believe the first I received no XP for was +238, but I forget the second.
EDIT: It shows on my profile that my rating is 1686, but that in the user-list in the lobby it shows what it was before I won a game (1669).
