Vortex Wars

So I bought Deluxe Edition many many months back and I came back to the game last week after a few months of no play and when i went to make another map it said my maximum region count is 40 but i have Deluxe Edition so arnt I supposed to have 240 region count. If you could get this fixed or give me my money back thank you
