xp not adding to total

hello i keep having this issue with my experience when i play is not adding to my total can you check that out please?

Maybe you should get premium. 2x xp bonus.

I saw this, too. Attached is a screenshot. Sorry, but I don't know what caused it. It happened right after I won a game.
