I was just wondering; if any, what active clans remain? One-man clans do not count, I feel.

If someone call a Clan for War he will have an answer from: The Military Soldiers, The Renegades, The Killer Mantids, The Vortex Warriors Clan and The Independent Fighters.
Just to answer your question.

So, there is more than one person in each one of those clans and at least two of them are active players?

I consider active as someone who plays the game and/or checks the forums every two weeks at least. They can take a break and not play for a month or whatever, but if they do this multiple times I would consider them inactive until they resume playing regularly. I know that even playing like once a month would technically be considered an active player, but IMO that is not enough time to say you are at least somewhat involved in the game.
