Okay, well the rule does not prohibit it and two members are saying it is allowed. So unless you cast your second vote a different way, it will go as you wish. After the election is over we can see if it needs to change.

I am conflicted on whether we should actually change it. If everyone is allowed to do it, then people who choose to give both votes to the same person aren't getting any more say than everyone else. And I think it is better than wasting VP votes on someone who you know won't win just so you don't give them to someone close to winning that you do not want in office.
