No. Two votes for two different candidates from the list.

It's essentially just first and second choice. If you vote Leader, they get more points, and Coleader gets fewer points. So if the Leader votes were scattered, a constant second choice could win. The only flaw is that once you see who the Leader is going to be because it's public, you can then vote for the person you want to be Coleader as Leader and then the fourth person as Coleader. But that would still get the results of the population in a way.

And on that, I vote BF for both, but FM can be third-in-command.

This is very much true. If there were two candidates, in the mind of the voters that were top choices for Clan Leader and they split the vote at the same time as a third person was "everyone's second choice" - the constant Co-Leader vote winner would be able to win the Clan Leader position. I also like that the votes are public.

I will list your 5 point vote for BF and 3 point vote for FM, unless you clarify to the contrary.

And with 10 voters left, there is still a chance for FM (or me) to become Clan Leader and for any of the 4 to be Co-Leader.
