Sorry, I thought it was clear that three people would have Sabre's account. Meaning Sabre getting 1 vote would mean those three people agree and cast one vote.

I understand that Sabre will be the three on the Bench but wording is more important.
Sabre = The Bench.

The Council would like to extend it's gratitude towards Highlander for his hard work in getting it pieced back together!
He was a key factor in it's reconstruction.

O.O.S still hasn't voted for the Chair members...
I request a 3 day countdown, if they haven't voted by then we will start another vote between Karen and Ballsack for the third seat, this issue will be added to the voting plaza.

There are two representatives for each clan. Do each have a vote, or just one combined vote?
