No, there's no reason you should be allowed to vote, and I've removed the allied leader permission to access that forum.

I agree with Rat, it makes sense. From an exploitative point of view, as I accepted VM's offers of alliance as leader of Diamond Clan that would allow me to vote, even though we are only 2 members.
