Are you - as the Clan Leader - declaring that your clan is no longer active?
If so - also post something to the Aboad's Masses thread declaring that the clan is no more.

Are you closing down your clan = They are gone = There is no more Aboad's Masses clan = The Aboad's Masses clan is no longer a clan?
