Edit (8/23): Aboad's masses has been added, as per the council ruling.

Does the council still consider all listed clans as "Active" clans? I am interested to know if SPUD, Vortex Guardians, and Aboad's Masses are active.

I do not consider VG active, but they may return. But just so no one gets confused, you should probably not put them as a "active" clan, for we do not do anything.
