Be honest I think Chess345 or ace should become leader. Ace may do tons of crazy crap but he always finds a way for it to work out. Chess is just a good guy who will always keep ninjas in check. Maybe we could install a WC member of council 4 awhile as leader then when OZZIE wants power back we hand him back power? I think its a good idea. :)
