Now, this may be me overthinking, but shouldn't a team get 7 points for winning a series (5 for the series itself, 2 for each game they won)?

(If this screws with the math too much, don't mind me)

That is not how it was set up. Here is the exact cut and paste from the first post:

Points are awarded as follows:

Every game you win = 1 point
Every series you win (one 2 of 3 matchup) = 3 points

Example: Clan A beats Clan B 2-1 in the first series.
Clan A gets 5 points and Clan B gets 1 point.

Ohhhh, my bad. Totally read the first post too quickly and thought it said 5, not 3. Whoops!

best of 3* can a clan play 3 games with the other clan and 6 points if they win 3-0?

I am glad someone finally asked that. When I wrote the first post, it never occurred to me that a clan losing 2-0 would want to stop there. I presumed they would play a third game and at least try to get one point. I always thought all 3 would be played. Did not even think to clarify that.

Then the games started and everyone 2-0 was stopping and it seemed kind of late to clarify/change what clans were already doing.

If both clans agree - when it is 2-0, there is NOTHING stopping a third game in that series if both clans will play it.

That happened with us and PR -- except they won the third, hehe.

So we won a 3rd game against VWC. Is it logical thinking when i say we (PR) should receive
1 point for this last (3rd) game ?

And in addition next question: We (PR) lost 2 series against MS 2-0. So if we would do 2
more (3rd) games and win - we would achieve 2 points for it ? Or am i thinking wrong ?

Since the two points were not earned in the same series, so I do believe it would count as 1 point each.
