If you believe Akvi deserves a promotion, then by all means give him a promotion. I will be copying the list, and I'd rather not forget to do it myself.
We have never had an inauguration before. It seems a bit odd the way you did it. I am good for any time tomorrow, however, I believe I will not put up the page until 1:30pm CST.
Can the inauguration be a little more natural? Less militaristic, more oath-like. Maybe more like this:
Rat: Vortex_Master, do you swear to lead Warrior's Creed at your fullest potential, to defend the honour and protect the rights of this clan, and to do that which is best for the Creed?
VM: I do.
Rat: Then I declare you Leader of Warrior's Creed.

Oh, And about Akvi Being promoted, I agree, I like that guy.
I did recruit him so of course I like him!
