I have made those promotions, and fused both council ranks. If more than the top 2 people are missing, then the higher positioned on the council list takes command. This does not apply to any other ranks.

Greetings! The second VT CE is open and taking subscriptions from clans, if you would like a chance to win honor and glory for your entire clan than sign up. Please note that I will only accept a subscription from your clan if and only the leader applies, the reason being is so that their is no confusion whatsoever. The number of rounds will be decided by the number of clans that join. I consider a clan a clan if they have at least FOUR members.
