Aboad, calm down a bit. It will say online next to his name when his on. He can't be on all the time.

I'm not sure what rules you should add, but I guess I'd say this:

1. In clan battle, always obey someone of superior clan rank. If two members are of equal clan rank, then in-game rating comes of next precedence.

Also, I would suggest you clarify the positions in the clan- my suggestion would be to make the positions Leader, Deputy, and Masses.

If you want to, I could run the clan page for you (with you still being in charge of course).
