Firstly i don't care what he does.
Secondly a clan is commitment not only to yourself but to the others willing to join and its them that would be let down if this was done half-heartedly.So i'll tell you again kid keep your nose out.

Opening a clan because your bored, isn't a commitment and will not look as such from others wanting to join a clan.A player opens a clan to help the community and make new friendships , not because they're bored.You either commit or quit, there is no inbetween.
