Leaving in a way that doesn't cause fights or dislike, like with Tony (though we are good with him now for the most part).

I suppose that wouldn't include the people who leave the game as a whole either...

well, i guess its may be suspicious that i just left a clan, joined another, then suddenly created a clan... even if it was for a secret thingy, its not like i can do much with it... just declare war i guess
