Here's an idea. If I get enough positive comments from clan leaders I will set to work on getting it all running.

The UC. UC stands for United Clans. The UC's purpose would be much the same as the UN, to have a peaceful atmosphere where leaders can talk,organize matches,solve problems with other leaders underlings, and to make peace with warring factions.

The UC would be made up of as many clans as possible. Each clan would have two representatives. The first representative would be the clan leader and the second would be handpicked by the clan leader.

Now not any old fool can make a clan just to see the inside talk of other clans. The requirements would be as such.

The clan must have 10+ members active both in-game and in-forum.
The clan must be at least a month old.
The clan must be approved by at least 3 clans already in the UC*.
The clan must obey rules set by the UC counsel.

If this idea is approved by at least 3 clan leaders I will make a seperate (secret) forum for the UC to have their discussions. (A chatzy room may also be created)

I would love to see what you leaders have to say about this.
Leaders of clans PM me with any unique questions you have about the UC.

*This would not be a set rule until at least 3 clans join and the number required is subject to change.

all my members are acrive in game but i have about 5 on forum

Okay, suddenly there's a UC...

I shall think about this one, but I'm not sure would people want a wolf to run it, the same way I wouldn't want anyone else to be in charge...

lol true... I figured Id have a vote to create the ``counsel`` the 3 clans whose leaders would help run the uc...

@ryan, the numbers don't have to match perfect, your good.
those guidelines aren't set in stone till the counsel is made.

Yes, but a UN sort of thing to make forum decisions may be helpful. This, or more likely, a similar solution could be quite applicable.

Fangs leaderboard isn't dead...
No one has responded so I figured no one wants it...

I know we do.

The idea is a seperate setting where ALL the clan leaders can discuss and debate without being interrupted by their members.

The PM system is great but only for 1 on 1 conversing.

Chatzy would allow for all the leaders that were signed in to chat on an instantaneous basis.

The forum would be a slower chat room where they could respond in their own time.
The reason for the forum would be so the leaders could each have a topic on their own clan where the leaders could talk about that clan.
Also polls could be created on the forum.
Polls such as

Can {insert clan name} join the UC?

Yes-
No-

Or

Clan war on {insert date here} will your clan partake?

Yes-
No-
Maybe-

This would be helpful by eliminating all the useless chatter so that leaders can focus on the important stuff: Clan to clan relations.

Does it have to be limited to 2 members from each clan? I would like to discuss as well, and I never spam when it's not appropriate.
