WC and Renegades are together. The best way for some remaining clans would be something like this, rather than your separate systems. This might not be the exact choice, but a strong alliance between wolves, bears and another or two could help keep peace.

Agreed, MFV is too much for our goals. Something solid for our three clans wouldn't be bad...

In the interest of keeping things safe for you, you may want to consider some sort of alliance with a few others. Like this, less control.
