After a small amount of research, the user is not even named Juliet, that was a typo on Drone's part. The user was Jullio, and now a member of Roki's minions, last seen 20 hours ago in-game. Someone track Jullio down.

Jullio last visited the warriors creed forum on August 22nd 2012, and has never, ever made a post there. He last visited this forum on October 13th 2012, and has only made 3 posts. He also joined Roki's Minions. Although, he was last seen in-game yesterday.
