It doesn't matter if we respond or not, Lopdo or Chess will ban him when they get on. Until then, I added him to foes as well. It used to be fun to respond to sometimes, but you know...

On Gotchas, you can't get someone in a clan war, tournament battle, or official training games.
But you are fair game at any time in the lobby, and in anything that would not count as official, even if it is training (if I followed you into a fun meeting with others on the forums and got you there)
