Maybe you can IP range ban him?

His IP keeps jumping all over the place, a range ban big enough to catch him would likely cause a bunch of collateral damage. Lopdo would have to do the range ban anyways.

I suggest banning everyone on the planet from the forums. This way no one will ever troll these forums.
