Press print screen, go to paint, cut it until your happy, put it in top-left corner and re-size it, upload it to a website, like Photobucket, and then post it or edit it then post it by copying link, click the img thing on here then paste the URL on it.

It sounds complicated, but it really takes about 30 seconds maximum for the whole thing.
