You're a great example of what I'm talking about, Autumnwolf didn't say this. You could have just dropped out and a big part of the fight would have ended, but you decided to carry it on. After that everyone who had been fighting decided to carry it on. This was supposed to be a fun game. You guys are, or perhaps have, sucking/sucked all the joy out of this game, why don't you have some fun and relax? Being a clan leader isn't about worrying, and fighting with other people. In this other game I play they have guilds and I have never once seen a guild argue ever since I signed up. My guildmasters aren't starting fights, we just battle, do missions, hangout, and buy stuff. I like it better then this game, and the fighting issue here is one of the reasons I like them better.
