WC is old... I am old... How did it take me this long to realize?

Us old folks wanting to keep an old tradition alive are starting to struggle. Looks like time for some mass recruitment. Rat, Joshua, FM, LET'S DO THIS!

Why? Without mass recruitment we wouldn't have had Guest77, Cats1, or any of the other people who were active for a while, but now seem less active.

Right now I am proposing a new idea concerning teams within WC:

Rather than there simply being elite teams, there will be three levels of teams: Teams, Elite Teams, and Legendary Teams. Each team will be led by at minimum an elite member. We should try to make every member a part of one team, and compose teams of 3-8 people who go on around the same time (if a team surpasses this member count then it is suggested that they split up, if a team splits then both teams retain the same team ranking to start). Teams will practice together and run recruiting games together- normally, people recruited by a team will be added to that team when they enter WC. Teams will have the number of recruits they gain, intra-clan matches won, inter-clan matches won (when played only by members of one team) tracked. Team stats will contribute to the chances of one's rank within WC going up.

If anyone has any comments/edits/questions/clarifications/suggestions/criticism/complaints/concerns/compliments/free food, please either post here or contact me by PM. If/once this is implemented, the initial team leaders will be chosen.

I will do some recruiting this weekend. I have been on the lookout for players worthy and so far have found only Khalgar - I think he is a good fit for this clan.

I will continue the search for more high quality players.
